Parent Teacher Interviews
Our first Parent/Teacher Conferences will be on October 24 and October 25. The 24th will be in the evening and we will offer in-person interviews. The 25th will be on-line starting at 8:00 am. All interviews are 15 minutes per student and can be booked in your myCBE account once booking opens. Please stay tuned for more information on booking timelines.
Clothing and Weather
As we move into the colder months, we want to remind you that students will go outside daily unless it is extremely cold or wet. Thank you in advance for ensuring that your Haysboro School student arrives with clothing appropriate for the weather.
Book Fair
Haysboro School will be hosting a Book Fair on Thursday, October 24 and Friday, October 25! Students will have the opportunity to preview the book fair in the school days before the times it will be open for sales. Parents can come into the school with or without their child(ren) to make book purchases on Thursday Oct. 24 between 4-8pm and on Friday, Oct 25 from 8am-1pm. More information and flyers will be sent home closer to the book fair date. Please also watch for information about volunteer opportunities for this book fair.

Save the date! Our next Haysboro School Council meeting is Thursday October 17th, 6:30pm online or in person at the school learning commons. All parents and guardians are invited and welcome!
Subway Fun Lunch is Tuesday October 22nd, head to Healthy Hunger and get your students order in before the October 17th deadline.
Do you love costumes, desserts and dancing? Join Haysboro School Council and DJ Chris for the Dance Costume Party, entry by donation, Thursday November 7th, 6:00 - 7:30pm. All Haysboro School families are welcome.
On behalf of all Haysboro School families and the Haysboro School Council we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Tejay the Casino Chair Coordinator and all 40 volunteers who helped raise approximately $70,000 with a successful Casino Fundraiser. The casino is a biennial event and our next casino will be fall of 2026. Thank you!
