Our school open house is on Thursday, September 26 from 5:30-7:00 pm. We would love to have your families in to meet our staff and see their child’s new classrooms. We would also invite you to see the amazing results of the garden committee’s work from last spring. If you haven’t seen the school garden yet this year, please pop by, it’s beautiful!

Review and complete the forms that have been sent home. We have attached a cover letter to indicate what needs to be returned and what you can keep for your own information.
The CBE also works in a digital way and many of our important forms are in your MyCBE account. Please remember to log in soon to ensure that you have completed the annual demographics verification (we need to verify that we have current contact information) and register for lunchroom supervision if your child stays with us during the lunch break. This is also where you will be able to see report cards when they are posted (2 times in a year).
Fun Lunches
Haysboro School council is pleased to offer fun lunches once a month for all interested students in grade 1-6 as well as kindergarten students who stay at Maple Roots for lunch. Orders may be made online through Healthy Hunger and are available for up to 5 days before the event. Learn more on Healthy Hunger's website.
Lunches are delivered to the school and served at lunch time, proceeds from fun lunches are directed back to school improvement, experiences and field trips.

Terry Fox
This year, our school is proudly taking part in the annual Terry Fox School Run to continue Terry's dream of a world without cancer. Haysboro students will participate in this Terry Fox run on Friday, September 13 at 10:30am and we invite our Haysboro families to participate by joining students at the field at the back of the school at that time. If you would like to donate to The Terry Fox Foundation, all donations can be made online.
